Winter Wonderland!

Non smetterei mai di cantarla...

David Choi & Savannah Outen

(Dick Smith, Felix Bernard, 1934)

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening,
In the lane, snow is glistening
A beautiful sight,
We're happy tonight,
Walking in a winter wonderland.

Gone away is the bluebird,
Here to stay is a new bird
He sings a love song,
As we go along,
Walking in a winter wonderland.

In the meadow we can build a snowman,
Then pretend that he is Parson Brown
He'll say: Are you married?
We'll say: No man,
But you can do the job
When you're in town.

Later on, we'll conspire,

As we dream by the fire

To face unafraid,

The plans that we've made,

Walking in a winter wonderland.

In the meadow we can build a snowman,

And pretend that he's a circus clown

We'll have lots of fun with mister snowman,

Until the other kids knock him down.

When it snows, ain't it thrilling,

Though your nose gets a chilling

We'll frolic and play, the Eskimo way,

Walking in a winter wonderland.

Walking in a winter wonderland,

Walking in a winter wonderland.

Buon Compleanno!

... Un toast caldo caldo, infiocchettato, ci sta proprio bene.

Ecco qua! Questo AMORE di colazione è pronta!!!

Un augurio in musica

There'a a place called home

12 Dicembre

Avvento 2011

There’s a place called home
I can almost see,
with a red front door,
and a roaring fire,
and a Christmas tree.

Yes, a place called home
Full of love and family,
And I’m there at the door
Watching you come home to me.

Through the years
I’ll recall this day
In your arms
Where I finally found my way

To a place called home
And a life for two
You’ll have everything
You could ever want

All I want is you
And a place called home
You and I will always be
In the dark of the night
Let your heart come home To me

Through the years I recall this day
In your arms
In your arms
When I finally found my way

To a place called home
And to life with you
Where the days are long
And the love is strong
And the dreams are true
And the dreams are true

To a place called home
You and I will always be
Always be
In the dark of the night
Let your heart come home To me
To the place in my heart
Where you’re always home With me

Lascia che nevichi (LET IT SNOW)

11 Dicembre

Avvento 2011

Oh the weather outside is frightful, But the fire is so delightful, And since we've no place to go, Let it snow! Let it snow!
